Best Guinness in Drumcondra……….according to the Guinness Rep anyway!
If you want to sample one of the best pints of Guinness on Dublin’s northside, come to Restaurant104 where our direct draw cooling system allows us to store the Guinness keg perfectly chilled and within 1 metre of the tap.
Where the line distance from tap to keg is everything when it comes to taste, you can’t beat 3 feet!
Why is Guinness black?
Guinness beer is not actually black but rather dark ruby red because of the way the ingredients are prepared.
Some malted barley is roasted, in a similar way to coffee beans, which is what gives Guinness its distinctive colour.
